This decaf is pretty cool because its decaffeinated using sugar cane and mountain water. Whats cool about the sugar process is through decaffeinating it preserves the original flavors of the coffee while adding some fruity notes and depth. This is a lighter body decaf with smooth and fruity notes! Can be enjoyed as a pour over or espresso. When milk is added it has sweet cream notes.
