Mug Hand Building Workshop 3/26

Join Tiny Arms Ceramics for a mug hand-building workshop Sunday, March 26th from 2pm-4pm. The class will take place in the Tiny Arms Studio, located on the A Mill Loading Dock at 122 Western Ave Lowell, MA. 

In the workshop, you will learn the basics of hand-building by making a mug with clay slabs or pinch pot techniques. I will guide you through the process of forming your mug, making/attaching your handle, and surface design. We recommend you bring a sketch or mug photo inspiration to the class to help start the design process!

Your piece will be available 2-3 weeks after the workshop. The workshop includes clay, tools, glaze, surface design elements, and two kiln firings. Prosecco and cheese boards from Lowell Culinary are available as add-ons. Please reach out if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them!

Cancelations and Refund Policies: Cancelations placed 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund, after this point the workshop is non-refundable.

No refunds if your work cracks or is damaged when drying/fired. Ceramics is unpredictable and anything can happen. We will do our best to teach you tricks and methods that will set you up for success!
