When getting a new coffee we don't always nail it the first time which leaves us with roasts that don't meet our quality standards. The roast may be almost there but still needs some tweaking to be exactly where we want it. 

While it may not be perfect, this coffee is way too good to go to waste and we hate the idea of our farmers working so hard to grow an amazing coffee just to have it end up in the bin. We felt perfect solution for these imperfect beans was to sell them at a steep discount which would lower waste and create a more affordable product for you. We do not specify which coffee is in the bag but you can leave a note for light or medium at check out and we will do our best to match you with a coffee that meets your request (depending which coffees we have available we may not always be able to pack your preference).
